First Day Jitters {kindergarten}

Protesting all weekend..... not wanting to start Kindergarten..... wanting to go back to preschool..... discussion... explanation... woohoo big girl talks.... she was not buying any of it. She wanted the familiar - she wanted her school - her teachers - her friends. Oh Crap I say to myself... Monday morning is going to be tough. I don't have time to oooh and awww..... or fall into the "my baby is growing up" emotion.... I was worried. As you can see all went well - she was soooo happy. She had a blast - she's made new friends - she loves her teacher. She went to bed on time tonight... and I find myself with a new found freedom, 8pm Quiet Time :)
