31/365: Showing Up

I skipped out on Crossfit for a few weeks and I have about a zillion excuses why but I won’t put that here – because the bottom line is I didn’t show up. As I sat there cooling off with Christine – she was giving me props for ‘doing a good job’ and of course… I turned it into a negative and basically in a nut shell told her I sucked. She looked at me and said “You Showed Up”.
