I did not have my fancy camera, all I had was my iPhone so I snapped away as most of us do these days. I immediately posted it on Instagram because, let’s face it – it’s pretty inspiring coming from an 8-year-old. Every day, she inspires me. I hope this will inspire you too.

my little dreamer

Last night Kaili and I were chatting about our weekend plans and I suggested we do a checklist for the rest of the summer. We took turns writing things we have already done and things we want to do – the first few ideas were easy. After that, Kaili started dreaming big… real big… she wanted to add: “A new bedroom set”, “a shopping spree” and a “trip to Paris”. After some coaxing off the mountain of wishes and dreams, I suggested ideas that didn’t cost so much money and something we can actually do in the next few weeks. She came up with some pretty cool ideas and I loved that most of her idea's included the entire family. I'm so excited for our upcoming adventures! What are your summer plans?
