My niece has been covering her walls with photos and artwork. I love that. She is a girl after my own heart who has a deep appreciation of the importance of capturing life moments and more importantly, displaying these life moments for all to see. She called me a few weeks ago looking for an 'artsy' photo for a lonely 8x10 on her wall surrounded by photos of family and friends. She wanting something to tie all the photos together.
The past few weeks I've been submersed in rebuilding my website and working on my branding. Promise Tangeman's eCourse has been been simply amazing and filled with an abundance of information. There are so many layers to this process... not just about colors and pretty things... it's about me, discovering me and who I am at the core. I will say I am sooo excited to see things come together and every once in awhile, I pinch myself in disbelief that I am here... doing what I love most.
I've been trying to make an effort to eat better the past few months and let's just say the experimenting with recipes has been well 50/50. I grew up on Guam where every meal is served with rice and don't get me started on finadene! The transition to give up rice is tough. But I try... every week :) This past weekend, I made Spanish tortilla (Paleo recipe found here) I was too lazy to go grocery shopping, so I decided to make lunch with what I had on hand. I added bacon and salsa and man oh man - this is certainly a keeper. YUMMO - yep, pulled a Rachel Ray (sorry BA). Recipes like this.... makes it almost ok to give up rice.... almost.
