Henrietta!

I met this family for the first time a year ago.... and he is still the sweetest little boy I remembered. He brought along Henrietta {vintage - which I LOVE!} but more importantly... it was Jenn's toy as a kid. I love this. Henrietta is a cool like that... two generations... two happy kids... what a cool little bird. El Guapo - THIS just brought this family up another notch in my book! Love this! Train!!! It was his first time seeing a train... his eyes just lit up!! I often wonder what kids think when they see something for the first time.... like...I don't know... this camera lady is cool... she brings a train with her... ?? :)

What a way to spend an early morning session! Beautiful backgrounds... a sweet little boy... and beautiful parents!

As I play...

In the midst of what seems to be the busiest holiday portrait season I’m in… I’ve been playing… with a new website (which will be released soon!). The reason I am switching is because of the flexibility and the ability to really dig deep with my creative side… to really represent my brand, my style, me :) AND…. the best part…. I can create +sites for clients! Check out what I did for Al & Thesha! Now… mind you… I’m still playing with the creativity… but I thought this would be a good start. Enjoy!

An early morning meeting...

We met early in the morning. The park was empty and the green... oh the green... I immediately fell in love with the location. We've known each other for sometime now. She encourages me with positive words of support in my journey to photography land. She was one of the first to buy from my Etsy shop. She will be the first to showcase some of my work at her Christmas extravaganza. She is absolutely one of the nicest ladies I have met to date. You meet her and you immediately laugh with her. Her laugh warms your heart... her nurturing soul makes you want to be friends with her... and her sincerity with every word she says makes you want to hug her. She and her little boy have forever imprinted themselves in my heart. Here is a peek into our morning...
